A SAG eligible, member of The LA Art Association, Khrishna is dedicated to making unpredictable, compelling work that touches her audience to the core through both laughter and tears. She strives to challenge the status quo and shine light on social injustice through her art. She has flourished as a model, actor and voice over artist working professionally in commercials, print, radio, television, theater and films throughout New York City, Los Angeles, and Paris for companies including but not limited to: Budweiser, The Biography Channel, TV One and Church & Dwight.
The daughter of a Grammy nominated songstress/film composer and an audio engineer, Khrishna was born in Hollywood, California, raised in Burbank and immersed in the arts from a very young age. Throughout high school and university, she studied photography, writing and painting. After moving to New York City, Khrishna worked in fashion, closed millions of dollars in ad sales, committed herself to several community service organizations and traveled to 15 countries. Her clients range from Chase Bank and The Weinstein Company, to Paramount Pictures and Proctor & Gamble. An avid reader, Khrishna discovered Julia Cameron’s, “The Artist's Way”, which led her to discover her true passions- film & television.
She is the founder and president of K.Grace Development which has several projects in various stages of production. The company has established several programs to connect and empower women in entertainment includingwww.unsignedfilmmakers.com and Seen & Heard - which hosts speed-networking and development classes. Her screenplay "39" was an official selection of the 2016 Hollyshorts Film Festival.
Khrishna had her first professional acting lessons at the famed Susan Batson Studios in NYC where she gained a strong foundation for, and love of, the craft of storytelling. An active yogi and dancer, Khrishna has been practicing yoga for 6 years and enjoys salsa, swing, disco and old school hip hop clubs throughout Europe and the United States. She performs weekly improv shows at the legendary L.A. Connection Theater.
